Hello Potential Candidates,
Thank you for your interest in serving our board and our community.
Please submit an application for the position you are running for before the candidate filing deadline on JANUARY 13TH, 2025.
In compliance with the City of LA and DONE (Department of Neighborhood Empowerment), all candidates must submit TWO FORMS OF ID with their application and all candidates must be at least 18 years of age on or before the election date on April 1st, 2025.
A full list of valid forms of ID can be found on the city clerk's website and include but are not limited to:
1. A valid driver's license
2. A CA state ID
3. A Student ID
4. A recent bill or paystub addressed to your current dwelling
5. Proof for participation in a local community group

If you would like to submit a physical application instead, please download one here or email [email protected] to request one be emailed to you that you can print, fill out and submit at one of our General/ Joint Committee Board Meetings.
For your convenience, we will host three board meetings you can submit a physical application at on:
December 5th, 2024 at the Mark Twain Library at 6PM
December 10th, 2024 at the MRT Constituent Service Center at 6PM
and on
January 7th, 2025 at the Mark Twain Library at 6PM
