Join members of the community for a forum with the Council District 9 candidates for city council Estuardo Mazariegos and Jose Ugarte. We will focus on sustainability, broadly defined. If you have a question for one or both of the candidates—perhaps about how we can protect ourselves as the climate crisis deepens, reconcile housing, affordability, and green spaces, create green jobs, improve our air quality, get around our city, or protect our water—please submit it via this form by Wednesday, September 30. (It might or might not be asked—no promises!)
The forum will be moderated by Gina Fields, Board of Neighborhoods Commission (BONC) Commissioner and former chairperson of the Empowerment Congress West Area Neighborhood Development Council.
